Your business data never touches our servers. It lives on your hardware — either at your location or on a dedicated machine we rack for you. We cannot see it, access it, or share it. That's the whole point.
When you use the chat on dokusan.ai, we store an anonymous session cookie to maintain the conversation. If you book a demo, we collect your name, email, and a brief description of your business. We store your chat conversation so we can follow up thoughtfully.
We don't use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party scripts on this website. No Google Analytics. No Facebook pixel. No fingerprinting. The fonts are the only external resource loaded.
Once you're a dokusan customer, your data runs on your hardware. We don't have access to your queries, your answers, your documents, or anything stored on your machine. If you choose hosted deployment, your machine sits in a data center but it is your machine — we provide power and network, not access.
We don't train models on your data. We don't log your questions. We don't send your data to third-party APIs. The AI model runs locally on your hardware.
Because your data and your queries stay on hardware you control, they are not subject to third-party subpoena or discovery requests directed at us. We have nothing to produce because we have nothing.
Website chat logs and booking information are retained for the purpose of following up with prospective customers. If you'd like us to delete your information, email hello@dokusan.ai and we will do so promptly.
